Yesterday I watched the new disney movie "tangled" which I've been wanting to watch for ages. 2 characters died during the entire thing and I realised that a whole heap of characters from all the movies I've watched have died. So I thought I may as well list them all.
The latest one was from tangled, the evil mother who locked rupunzel in the tower.Thats her above. She wasn't the nicest character so it wasn't such a loss. She fell from Rupunzels tower and disintegrated.
Techinically Flynn rider (second main character) died as well when the evil mother stabbed him, but rupunzel brought him back to life with her magic tears.
"Gladiator"
He was stabbed by the evil emperor but he was already bleeding from his kidney where the emperor had stabbed him with an arrow previously. Somehow, despite bleeding all over the place he manadged to kill the emperor before he himself died.
and ofcourse the emperor who was basically the baddie. he was stabbed to death by maximus
and ofcourse maximus's wife and son who were killed by the emperor as well.
"Narnia"
Aslan technically died when the white witch stabbed him with the stone knife.
The evil king Miras ended up getting killed by one of his generals.
Now, time to be serious for a bit.
"The downfall"
The lady on the very left was Hitler's wife. He married her about a week before he suicided. She refused to escape and blew her brains out shortly after hitler's death. Despite being Hitler's wife she was portrayed as a loving kind woman. So it was a sad moment when she died.
Joseph Goebells was a german politician who was extremely close to hitler. He had 7 children and he killed 6 of them the day Hitler died. After hearing that the Nazis had lost the war his wife killed all the children using Cyanide capsules. Their names were;
Helga (12 years old at time of death)
Hildegard (11years old at the time of death)
Helmut (9 years old at the time of death)
Holdine (8 years old at the time of death)
Hedwig (6 years old at the time of death)
Heidrun (4 years old at the time of death)
They were all killed on the night of May1 1945 and their bodies were discovered on the 3rd of May still all in their beds, dressed in nightclothes.
None of these children deserved to die :'( And I cannot believe the cruelty of a mother who would kill all her young children.
"the last days of Sophie Scholl"
Sophie Scholl and her brother Hanz Scholl were discovered distributing anti-nazi flyers in their university. They were both executed by the guillotine. Sophie was 18 and her brother hanz was 21. The photo below is them.
Those are all the world war 2 movies I've watched so far but I'm sure hundreds more innocent people were killed...
"harry potter"
SO many people died in this movie it was unbelievable...
Dumbledore dying was one of the saddest moments of the entire series... I couldn't believe it.
It was absolutely horrible when Fred died as well...

Sirius and Regulus Black
Ofcourse, dobby.
Bellatrix was completely evil but I still liked her alot so yeh.
These are just the characters from Harry Potter that I remember dying. I'm sure theres a few more I've forgotten....
"percy Jackson Series"
all the books haven't been made into movies yet but oh well..
Daughter of Hades.This is Bianca di angelo. She died trying to save her friends so I guess she died happy. She was 12? I think. And her little brother Nico di angelo never forgave Percy for his sisters death.
Son of Hephaestus. Chris Beckendorf was going out with Silena when he died aboard Luke's ship. Selena was depressed for ages..
Silena Beauregard. Daughter of Aphrodite. She died while battling a drakon. She was a spy for kronos until her boyfriend beckendorf was killed by him.
Ethan Nakamura was son of the god of revenge. He hated half-bloods and fought for Kronos but he suddenly became good about 5 minutes before his death. He was killed by Kronos.
And finally Zoe Nightshade daughter of Atlas. She was turned in to a star when she died. She was the devoted servant of Artemis, goddess of the hunt.
"Lord of the Rings"
